One person at the centre. Many systems at work.
The founder owns direction, decisions, exceptions and release sign-off. AI expands the amount of preparation and implementation that can happen around that accountable centre.
This is not “one person does everything.” It is a deliberately designed operating system: repeatable research, drafting, testing, coordination and monitoring are delegated to bounded AI workflows; consequential decisions remain attributable to a person.
The result we are pursuing is a company that can move with the focus of a founder and the operating leverage of a larger team—without pretending that automation removes governance, expertise or duty of care.

Operating model, not a separate legal form. TPI remains a Hong Kong limited company and continues to meet statutory corporate roles.
